UK Express Delivery - Estimated delivery time for this service is 1-2 working days. This service is with Royal Mail 24 and standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. 

UK DPD Delivery - Estimated delivery time for this service is next working day. This service is with DPD and standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. You will receive a 1 hour delivery time slot and be kept up to date by text or email. 

France

We have three methods of shipping to France - all are tracked throughout the entire journey:

DHL Express -  Estimated delivery time for this service is 1-3 working days as this service is with DHL and their standard delivery days are Monday - Friday.

Economy Pro - Estimated delivery time for this service is 2 – 4 working days. The final stretch of this delivery will be carried out by a French based courier. 

International Economy - Estimated delivery time for this service is 5-10 working days. The final stretch of this delivery will be carried out by a French based courier.

Ireland

We have three methods of shipping to Ireland - all are tracked throughout the entire journey:

DHL Express -  Estimated delivery time for this service is 1-3 working days as this service is with DHL and their standard delivery days are Monday - Friday.

Economy Pro - Estimated delivery time for this service is 2 – 4 working days. The final stretch of this delivery will be carried out by a Irish based courier.

We have three methods of shipping to Rest of Europe - all are tracked throughout the entire journey:

DHL Express -  Estimated delivery time for this service is 3-5 working days as this service is with DHL and their standard delivery days are Monday - Friday.

Economy Pro - Estimated delivery time for this service is 7-10 working days. The final stretch of this delivery will be carried out by a European based courier. 

International Economy - Estimated delivery time for this service is 7-14 working days. The final stretch of this delivery will be carried out by a European based courier.

Rest of the World - International Tracked Deliveries

Our rates for international deliveries depend on weight and location. Estimated delivery times for this service is 5 – 10 business days. If you are importing an order into a nation outside of the EU there may be local duties and taxes applied to your order by local customs.

Return and Exchange policy FAQ 

How do I return?

• Visit our returns center
• Enter your order number and email address to start - Please ensure this is the full order number and delivery address you used to place the order.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? 

• Within 30 days from the delivery date of purchase
• In unused and resellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

• Gift cards

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you after we have received the original item back.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. The customer will pay for the return to us, we will then pay to send out any exchange items back to you.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. 

EXPORTS 

Please note, all orders delivered outside of the UK & EU may incur local duty and taxes. These values will depend on the country delivery. You should check your countries tax free threshold before purchase.
